WKU Hopes to Cut Down on Turnovers, Pull Out Win Against UK

For the second straight weekend, the WKU football team will play on the road at an SEC team. The Hilltoppers travel to Lexington Saturday to take on the Kentucky Wildcats at 7 p.m. eastern time.

WKU brings a 1-1 record into the game, having lost at Alabama last weekend after winning their season opener against Austin Peay.

Here's what some others are saying about the game:

The Lexington Herald-Leader says the UK defense has a chance to force a lot of Hilltopper turnovers Satuday night.

The Bowling Green Daily News says WKU senior defensive end Quanterus Smith is getting a lot of press after his three-sack effort against #1 Alabama.

The Courier-Journal has a nice feature on WKU running back Antonio Andrews, who came to Bowling Green after spending time at the Air Force Academy.
