Cases of COVID-19 in K-12 Kentucky Schools Updated Daily on State Website

The KyCOVID-19 website now includes a “K-12 Public Health Report” that lists schools across the state and the number of cases of the virus reported among students and staff. 

The"K-12 Public Health Report" is divided into two sections. The first is the number of cases in each of 99 school districts. 

The latest numbers show that Barren County Schools have had a total of 12 students and 2 staff with confirmed cases of COVID-19. 

Bowling Green Independent Schools have had 11 cases among students and 2 among staff. 

In Hardin County, 9 students and 2 staff cases have been reported.

Warren County Schools have had 40 students and 4 staff with cases of the virus. 

Statewide, there have been a total of 513 students and 170 staff with COVID-19. 

The second part of the "K-12 Public Health Report" lists cases of the virus in 312 individual schools. 

The Kentucky Department of Public Health updates the listing daily, based on information reported by the schools to their local health department.
