Owensboro, Ky – The upcoming River of Music Party (ROMP) in Owensboro is a major tourist event for the Daviess County area. The series of concerts and workshops attracts some of the top names in bluegrass music. Dan Modlin recently spoke to some officials about the event, which takes place June 26-28.
