  • Charolette Blankenship has been a dedicated volunteer for WKU Public Radio for more than 20 years. In the early days Charolette was our International Ambassador, recruiting a group of Japanese ladies to volunteer their free time while their husbands were in the area for their jobs in the auto industry. As they moved on Charlotte stayed with us, helping with the program guide each month and with pledge phones during our membership drives. We really value her good humor and willingness to help.
