Activists Say Americans Support Labeling Genetically Modified Food
A coalition calling itself Just Label It released the results today of a survey it commissioned from The Mellman Group, a national pollster. The survey found that 91 percent of voters favor the labeling of food with genetically modified ingredients.
Texas, Feds Face Off Over Planned Parenthood
Texas and the Obama administration are battling over funding for women's health centers in the state. As a result, some Planned Parenthood facilities have closed, limiting access to health care for some women, particularly those on Medicaid.

Christie's To Auction Recovered Cezanne Watercolor
For nearly 60 years, the whereabouts of a work by Paul Cezanne remained a mystery. But the 19th century watercolor turned up in the home of a physician in Texas. He died last fall and in May, Christie's will auction off "A Card Player." That piece led to Cezanne's series of card players. It's estimated to sell for $20 million.

Los Angeles Dodgers To Be Sold In Historic Deal
A group that includes former Lakers star Magic Johnson agreed Tuesday night to buy the Los Angeles Dodgers from Frank McCourt for a record $2 billion. The price would shatter the mark for a North American sports franchise, topping the $1.1 billion Stephen Ross paid for the NFL's Miami Dolphins in 2009.

Enbridge, Enterprise To Increase Pipeline Capacity
North American oil production is expanding and that's creating demand for new ways to move that oil to market. Two energy companies — Enbridge Inc. and Enterprise Products Partners --have announced plans to build new pipelines that will stretch from Illinois to the Gulf Coast of Texas. Federal regulators would need to approve the plan.

For the first time, oil has been discovered in the East African nation of Kenya. The country's energy minister quickly held a news conference. Bill Maher's Obama SuperPAC Donation Causing Stir
The comedian's $1 million check to the superPAC supporting President Obama is the first seven-figure donation to the group since Obama gave his tacit endorsement of the fundraising strategy. Conservative women upset by Maher's remarks about them say the superPAC should give back the money.
