Bowling Green, Ky – Economic uncertainty is taking a big toll on commercial real estate across the country, including the listening area of WKU Public Radio. College communities like Bowling Green are reporting high rates of vacancies for relatively new student housing. Bowling Green real estate agent Alex Nottmeier says this demonstrates the importance of thoroughly researching a community's needs before starting a new project.
