Fifty years ago today, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated in Memphis, Tenn.  In February, a play called The Mountaintop was presented in Henderson about the final night of Dr. King’s life. We spoke to several in attendance that night in Henderson and recorded their memories of the Civil Rights leader.
