A manhunt for a suspected killer in western Kentucky has ended with his arrest in another state. A police SWAT team captured 41-year-old Billy Utley at a motel in Illinois. He surrendered peacefully.
Utley is accused of shooting his estranged wife, Theresa, with a high-powered rifle Tuesday night in Webster County. The woman was found dead in a car.
Billy Utley is a convicted felon and sex offender. He's jailed in Illinois awaiting extradition to Kentucky.
