Frankfort, KY – After a successful maneuver led by Kentucky Senate Republican to end the general assembly session early, Democratic governor Steve Beshear has called a special session to deal with the multi-million dollar gap in the Medicaid budget. Kentucky Public Radio's Frankfort bureau chief Tony McVeigh reports.
