Bowling Green, KY – A civil rights conference in Louisville this week will mark the 50th Anniversary for the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights. A "National Fair Housing Collegiate Partnership" will be announced at the meeting. The partnership will provide educational programs on fair housing for students at Kentucky State University.
