Bowling Green, KY – A new report issued this week found that homebuilders' confidence in the housing market has dropped to its lowest level in more than a year. The National Association of Home Builders says its seasonally-adjusted housing market index fell to 14 for the month of July. Readings lower than 50 indicate negative sentiment about the market.
