Bowling Green, Ky – Before adjourning the special session, Kentucky lawmakers plugged a budget gap mostly by using federal stimulus money. A University of Tennessee economist is warning states the economy will still be weak when stimulus funding runs out in two years. Dr. Bill Fox says recessions are never one or two year events.
