Bowling Green, Ky – Venezuela's President, Hugo Chavez, has a reputation for outlandish behavior. After the recent embarrassment of losing a referendum that would have made him President-for-life, Chavez announced he was moving his country's clocks a half-hour behind neighboring nations. WKU Political Scientist John Petersen spoke to Dan Modlin about Chavez and his latest moves.
