Frankfort, Ky – In February 1812, a seven-point-nine magnitude earthquake caused the Mississippi River along Kentucky's western border to reverse course. Scientists believe we could be overdue for another one. If it occurs, the state plans to be ready. Kentucky Public Radio's Tony McVeigh reports.
