Bowling Green, Ky – The new Secretary of the Kentucky Education Cabinet says she's encouraged by enrollment figures for colleges and universities in the Commonwealth. Laura Owens is a WKU graduate who says Kentucky residents are now more aware of the value of post-secondary education.
