Bowling Green, KY – With the future of Cuba in doubt following surgery this week on dictator Fidel Castro, attention is turning to the man tabbed to temporarily lead the country in Fidel's absence. Raul Castro is Fidel's younger brother, and has largely stayed out of view since taking control of the island nation. In this interview, WKU History Professor Andrew McMichael discusses the future of US-Cuba relations, and why Raul is known as "the mule."
