Bowling Green, KY – More attention is being paid to autism now than ever before. Studies show an estimated 1 in every 500 American children has an autism-related disorder. This is the first of a two-part series of reports on how autism is impacting families in the listening area. In this story, we hear the mother of a 3 year old boy describe the painful process of understanding her son's disorder.
