Simpson County Manufacturer Expanding

A major employer in Simpson County is getting larger with the announcement of more than 100 new jobs. Franklin Precision Industry is making a $50 million investment at its Franklin plant.  Lieutenant Governor Jerry Abramson was on hand Wednesday for the announcement.  The automotive supplier will add 113 jobs.  FPI has called Franklin home since 1989 and has a current workforce of 471.
