Military Panel Finds Fort Campbell Soldier Guilty on All Charges

Brent Burke has been found guilty on all charges in the killings of his estranged wife Tracy and her former mother-in-law Karen Comer.  He will receive a mandatory life sentence.

The two women were found shot to death at Comer's Rineyville home in 2007.  Burke was tried four times in Hardin County Circuit Court, each time ending in mistrials.  The Army charged Burke shortly after civilian prosecutors dismissed charges against him last year.

The court-martial at Fort Campbell sentenced Burke to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
