At the conclusion of this morning's WKU Board of Regents Meeting, University President Dr. Gary Ransdell said University officials will recommend a tuition increase of less than five percent for in-state, undergraduate students. The Council on Postsecondary Education recently put a cap of 5 percent on tuition increases at WKU for next fall.
Western Kentucky University women’s basketball coach Michelle Clark-Heard added a third signee during the spring period with the addition of Perry County Central guard Kendall Noble. Coach Heard says signing Noble was at the top of her to-do list.
Officials at Western Kentucky University say the opening of a new greenhouse/headhouse facility on the WKU farm will add to a strong partnership between the University and the Agricultural Research Service. The new facility will conduct research on several topics, including ways to reduce odors from livestock production.
