Title IX Changes to Impact WKU, Other Universities

Bowling Green, Ky – Title IX is the landmark 1972 law that prohibits gender-discrimination in any federally supported education program or activity. You probably have heard about the law's impact on collegiate athletics. Universities recently learned of changes in how they can be Title IX compliant.
