New Study will Examine Opportunities for Owensboro

Bowling Green, Ky – The Public Life Foundation in Owensboro is funding an in-depth analysis of the Owensboro-Daviess County area. Its an update of a 1991 Citistates Group report on the area, but primary researcher Keith Schneider says the new document will be "data rich" and will examine a variety of factors, including education and health services.
