Frankfort, KY – Governor Elect Ernie Fletcher has named his running mate in the recent gubernatorial election as the next Justice Cabinet Secretary in Kentucky. Fletcher says Steve Pence will serve a dual role as Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of Justice.

Bowling Green, KY – Warren Circuit Court Judge Tom Lewis has granted a motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed against Western Kentucky University and five employees of the institution.
